Last week was a fun week, there was lot's of new recipe's I had a play
with, such as carrot cake (i'd never eaten it before) which was the
nicest thing i've had in so long! And so easy to make. I also made
raspberry ice tea and the weather was even nice enough for ice cream
floats. Yesterday was Fathers day and I was lucky enough to be
surrounded by brilliant Dads. I made the biggest roast dinner i've ever
had to do but it was lovely. Freya spent half of her time on top of the table dancing and squeeling but she was a good girl considering her awful lack of sleep that day!
I've set myself a challenge of trying to take as many photo's on my phone as I could, I dont take enough photo's and i'm so pleased with my results, there are some wonderful editing apps available.
Today is baking, promoting and possibly a walk into the forest later.
